Teledyne Zones: National Capital Gulf Coast Southwest

Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc. (TBE), a key business segment of Teledyne Technologies, Inc. (TDY), was founded in 1953 to support rocket development by the Wernher von Braun team. TBE has since been a major contributor to America's most significant defense and space programs.

TBE has been the primary Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractor for the strategic defense mission since the 1960s. TBE has participated in essentially every study, hardware development, system integra­tion, and test activity in the U.S. Army’s space and strategic defense mission. TBE’s Department of Defense (DoD) customers include organizations within each of the military services, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). TBE provides support to DoD customers covers the system life spectrumfrom early concept investigations, through design and development, integration and test, deployment, and service life.

TBE brings much experience, skills, and management capability in ALL functional areas to TEAM MLL.
