CES is a small business with 10 U.S. and overseas locations, employing 343 employees. CES provides ship system installation, preservation services, program management, engineering support, training, advanced coating application, coating standards and process development and quality assurance for equipment installation and preservation. CES also has its own staff of National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) Certified Inspectors.
CES was directly involved with the initial inception, development and execution of the NAVSEA 05 Engineering for Reduced Maintenance (ERM) and Capital Investment for Labor (CIL) initiatives, associated NAVSEA/COMPACFLT strategy development, and the fleet installation and conversions that followed. CES provides ongoing, complex installation and engineering service support to Fleet units in shipyards, and both military and commercial waterfront repair activities.
CES has also worked in providing full-spectrum support to the Director, Congressional Public Affairs and Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, with over 20,000 NAVSEA “customer” employees across the country benefiting from CES media solutions. This includes providing full-time, on-site support, as well as special project task in the media spectrum.
CES brings a depth of NAVSEA experience to TEAM MLL as well as coverage in most functional areas.
